Swimming Pool
The property features a large communal swimming pool with sunbeds. There are external changing rooms, toilets and showers. The pool is private and use is for residence only. There is no lifeguard on duty and the use of the pool should be with caution

The Bed:

The suite's unique L shape architecture enabled us to create a sleeping sanctuary with blackout shades, top quality bedding and ambiance lights to ensure that the bed itself is the focal point of your sleeping experience.
The Sofa Bed:
You can turn the sofa in a few seconds from a luxury couch into a king size bed with top quality bedding materials. It can be used conveniently as an extra bed. However for your ultimate accommodation experience we do not allow more than 2 adult occupants staying at the suite.
The sitting Area
Being part of the apartment's open space, this area features a comfortable 3-sitter couch, coffee and side tables and a reading armchair. The entertaining system of the suite is located in this area and features a TV and a internet IPTV channel System
The Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen area features state of the art appliances which combine elegance and functional design, simplicity to use and sophisticated programs. A domino ceramic hob, a multifunctional oven, a fridge/freezer and other micro-appliances and cutlery items for an in-house culinary experience.
The Location
The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance to either side of Ayia Napa and a 2-3min walk to the sea, local restaurants and the famous Ayia Napa square with all the nightlife bars and clubs. The beautiful Nissi beach is within 10m walk as is the old harbor. Right next to the property there is a taxi service, a supermarket and a 1m walk takes you to the famous Nissi avenue, a tourist paradise with souvenir shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the fun park and many other leisure and amenity shops. A bus line taken from the Nissi avenue takes you on a 5m drive to the Waterworld water park, the nearby Paralimni town center and for a 10-15m drive to the Protaras resort. The nearest airport is in Larnaca city, approximately a 30m drive to the apartments.

Guests may access the private parking area, the roof that features panoramic views of Ayia Napa, as well as all public areas of the property. The property features a large swimming pool with outdoor changing rooms and bathrooms. The building complex and its apartments are privately owned and it is expected from guests to maintain proper etiquette at all times.

The bathroom features a tub/shower with ambiance lighting and sound system.
